Founder and Principal
Brian Latta brings over 25 years of experience in real estate development and construction management, with a focus on urban infill, brownfield redevelopment, and adaptive reuse. His portfolio spans industrial, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects across the Southeast.
As founder and principal of Caroch Development, Brian leads a firm specializing in industrial redevelopment, infrastructure planning, and transforming underutilized or contaminated sites into high-performing assets. Previously, he held senior roles at Bridge Development Partners, Flagler Development, Toll Brothers Realty Trust, and Turner Construction, managing major public and private projects.
Brian holds master’s degrees in business administration and construction managementBusiness Administration and Construction Management, and a bachelor’s in Business from Washington University. A former NAIOP board member and guest lecturer at FIU and Nova Southeastern, he is recognized for his expertise in entitlements, remediation, and public-private coordination—particularly in redeveloping golf courses and agricultural lands into sustainable communities.
